Enjoy
The last few days I’ve been feeling under the weather, hurting all over and fever. Today I had to pick up my son from boarding school because he is sick too,and as I drove to pick him up I was struggling to keep my eyes open. Was feeling so tired and my eyes was burning…….and suddenly I opened my eyes and I saw me and my car turning over to the other side of the road…….and cars came towards me…….thank God I “woke up” before I hit the other cars. I stoped the car at the closest posible place, put my carseat down, the timer on 20 minutes and my eyes closed……. This really scared me, only halv a second more and I would not be sitting in my own home right now…….
Have a really nice evening and take care of eachother….
Yeah,I know,it’s easter……but the mall was open today…… I met my good friend Aina for a little windowshopping, coffee and talk. Ofcourse,I did not get home emptyhanded…..
Well,I’m happy, but my wallet is not happy at all…..
While I was out,one of my nephews came to visit my son……it’s a sleepover, right now they are sitting here with a pc each and playing. Later this evening I will make homemade pizza for us.
Have a really nice afternoon/evening…
A few days holiday, it’s easter and I have time to do exactly what I want. I have time to relax and save up some energy, and I have time to spend with my teenager.
The few days so far, I have had time to do things I like to do. I’ve baked……
…… and I’ve moved things around….
Hmmmmm…..maybe I have enough coffee for the easter….?
These things has been moved from the livingroom and into the kitchen…… it’s better to have these cups here because here’s were the coffee is made…..
…..and ofcourse I’ve had time for a few of these things…………….
Well, I wish you all happy easter. Enjoy these few days with your family and friends….
Im enjoying a good cup of coffee after work. The day has been ok…..not so many kids, so it was a little more relaxing than we are used to have. I even got time to make buns for all the kids and adults… More than 80 buns….!!
Mmmmmm….really good!
Have a really nice evening, enjoy and take care…
Ok,I know……It’s been a while since I was here…..but hey,I have a life actually…..
I’ve started work fulltime again after my sickleave, and it’s nice to work. Don’t get me wrong,I get tired and I have pain in my leg every day,but it’s nice to have something to do.
Today I was out meeting my good friend Aina. It’s always nice to meet her. We always have something to talk about, and we always enjoy good coffee and a good talk.
Can you believe it,we’re gotten as far as march 10……. It’s crazy how fast time flies when you’re having fun .
Now a days I’m checking the travel agencys for flights for me and my good friend Tove. Last year we went to Alanya together for 2 weeks,
and we want to do the same this year. So we have decided when to go and where to live, now it’s only flight tickets missing….can’t wait. If time flies like it has done to now,the holiday will come really soon.
Have a really nice evening,and enjoy life…..
Wow,it’s sunday allready, hard to believe. The weekend has gone so fast…..maybe because I’ve been having a good time, relaxing and talking to friends. Friends is a good thing, they lift you up when you are down, and they enjoy life with you when you are happy. New friendships is also nice, and always a little scary because you never know what you will find, but if you are willing to take a chance you can end up with an even richer life than you had before.
I hope you all have had a wonderful weekend so far. Enjoy this day,and spend time with friends and family or just take time to enjoy life as it is.

250 g powdered sugar

Boil milk, butter and powdered sugar, important to let it simmer as this allows the liquid to be creamy and thick! = Airy buns!

Knead the dough until it is smooth.

Ingredienser:
1 liter melk
300 g smør
250 g melis
100 g gjær (fersk)
1,5 kg hvetemel
0,5 ts kardemomme
Fremgangsmåte:
Kok opp melk, smør og melis, viktig med oppkok da dette gjør at væsken blir kremig og tykkere! = luftigere boller!
Avkjøl blandingen til den er fingervarm (37°C) i kaldt vann i vasken
Rør gjæren ut i væsken. Bland i kardemomme og hvetemel.
Elt deigen til den er smidig.
Trill ut bollene med en gang (ca 45 stk) og legg dem på bakepapirdekkede stekeplater.
La dem heve lunt i 1 time.
Stek bollene midt i ovnen ved 250°C i 7-10 min.
Avkjøl. Sikt over melis før servering.
Kan også brukes til skoleboller, fastelavensboller, man kan ha vaniljekrem inni osv! Fantasien som stopper!
