Pesto

Yes pesto,homemade pesto. I have never made it before but yesterday I decided to try and make it,inspired by a workdinner made by the boss.
Here is how I did it:
- 2 pots with fresh basil
- 2 cloves of carlic
- a handful of cashewnuts (rosted on the owen)
- oliveoil
- a little bit of salt
- a little bit of pepper
- 1,5 dl parmesan cheese,or as much as you want for your own taste

Put the basil,carlic and cashews in the blender and let it work for 30 seconds,then start poring the oil in little by little to the consistency is ok for you. Then take the pesto out of the blender and in to a little bowl and taste it with salt and pepper and have the parmesan cheese in it and stir. 

You can use pesto to a lot of food. Fish,chicken,bread,to everything really....
